They stopped midway and asked us to leave the bus, wait for 1 hour in a terminal. The terminal was extremely unsafe in the middle of the night. The bus restarted half and hour late. So I had to arrange for pickup later than I planned and my friend left. I had to wait in the cold. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and bad service.
