Driver Steve was a very smooth and efficient driver in the busy traffic of Vancouver as well as the high speed expressway. He informed us of all we needed to do to be processed easily through border control and was, overall, a very satisfying and competent coach driver.

Very bad service I have the stomach flu and have tried multiple times to cancel my trip and it keeps getting laggy on the site and then wouldn't let me finish cause I haven't gone to the dr yet it's a long weekend and I'm puking and diarreah all day for two days now bought the protection plan and it seems null and void I hate this company just staffed me for $73 and

Flixbus only informed me the bus was cancelled one hour before its scheduled to departure. And the next bus was 6 hours later at mid night. I am very disappointed

For the most part the trip was fine… slow but fine. However, the person who talked on the intercom telling expectations of passengers behavior was very unprofessional. He rambled on about regulations making comments like: “You can’t drink your own alcohol… we don’t want drunk people on our train.” I found his demeanor disrespectful.
