The bus was 1.5 hours late due to road closures which was expected in early winter. However, the pick up spot in Vernon is could be chosen better for future delays. There is no place to sit down, or keep warm other than inside the very small esso gas station. Thank god it wasnt -30. This will not the be last delay due to road closures. I would suggest the choice of pick up spot be changed to a more convenient spot for paying guests to wait. Even close to a coffee shop would be a better place going forward. I understand it's meant to be a quick pick up and drop off. But please imagine standing outside of a very small gas station in the rain for 1.5 hours. Thanks

I had to be in salmon arm to get a connecting bus to get to Banff Alberta, due to it being late it forced my hand to book a taxi which then cost me 180 dollars
