Super service. Great AC and comfy seats
The fan in the bus was broken, so the whole second floor was suffering through over 30 degrees. After several attempt of trying to get the driver to put on the aircon, they finally did. But it’s irresponsible to go ahead with the trip with no fan and no aircon, which was what they were supposed to do before they received to many complaints.

Terrible. I arrived for my 10:00 bus to be told it's not happening. No real explanation. They booked me on the next bus at 1:30. So now I'd arrive around 3:00 with most of my day wasted. Except the bus broke down and we had to wait an hour for another one to take us the rest of the way. By this point I got out and hitched my way in.

Please make the departure location more accurate in future on your maps as we got confused about the pick up location
We bought our tickets online, but on the day of departure, nobody was at the desk, just a piece of paper on the window saying ‘bus leaving at 10:40 everyday’, so we couldn’t choose seats and we hoped for the best. Which was ok in the end

My backpack was stolen while at the station. After talking to other people this sounds like a regular thing. I'm sorry but it's time to get cameras and put a stop to this behavior. It can ruin a person's whole outlook on Chile and traveling abroad.
The journey was fine, but our printed email ticket was not validated by the ticket office for at least 15 minutes. Once they agreed to let us on, the trip was fine.

A scandal : bathrooms where disgusting, without any hygienic paper.
The staff locked us in the bus.
Moreover, they were beyond rude and despising: my daughter was ill and they refused to open the curtain every time she asked for it, so she couldn't see the road and felt even worst. They "didn't wanna be disturbed while eating" and decided to completely ignore us and our questions or requests.
Moreover, given the disgusting bathroom, we asked several times to stop so we could use outside bathrooms. During the 8h journey they stopped only twice, and barely let us leave the bus.
To conclude : we are use to travel by bus, including in Chile. This was the worst bus travel of our life, never again with Frontiera del Norte!

Over 1.5 hours late. Bus was full of trash. Insufficient ventilation. Bus was very hot and the smell of the toilet was present throughout journey

Bus was half an hour late departing and broke down on the way. The drivers did well making back the time - but added an extra 2.5hrs to the journey.

Bus was four hours late, estimated arrival time was a lie as bus was always going to take 12 hours, luggage didn't fit, staff made us wait in cold for no reason and bus broke down. Worst travel experience ever
Online and our ticket quoted an arrival time of 14:00 but we didn't arrive into Salta until 18:45.
