Waited too long at the border for one person who wasn’t allowed to cross. Then had to change bus once in Chile. No food or water for 10 1/2 hours left us with a headache and very tired. We were given a small pack of biscuits and a juice but that is not enough for the time travelling. Would not recommend this trip

Very efficient through border control at Chile, two conductors throughout the journey, one was exceptionally nice and took his time explaining in English what I needed to do. Comfortable seat, snack and drink towards the end of the journey. No WiFi though.

No heat on a very modern coach, despite politely asking both the attendant and driver
Comfy and quiet bus. Smooth & safe driving. Efficient border crossing. USB power taps.
The service was great. They even gave us coffee and biscuits after crossing the border into Argentina. And they realised very quickly that the border guard had stamped all the passports with the wrong entry date so we had to go back but it was no problem. Very astute as I would not have noticed and it might have proved a problem for some travellers.

San martin de los Andres to Pucon (6:00-11:30h). Bus was fine, helpful staff. We got a coffee and some crisps. Border crossing took a very long time (not the bus companies problem) and along the way (especially in San Martin de los Andes) people were picked up at what seemed unofficial stops, which also costed time. Would choose them again.
Very nice and friendly staff.
Bus was late due to extra time at the Border Control for both exiting Argentina and entering Chile.
The AC worked really bad for the second floor. We felt like we were slowly cooking, except for that the bus was fine.
Good company, the explanation needs to be in English too
The trip itself was ok. The bus aircon was not working, the toilet had no soap or paper.

Great staff, helped us a lot with border crossing. Bus was modern and clean. No wifi in the bus but it was specified when booking.

Pretty poor experience. Bus arrived late and was an older smaller style (so had to split people to 2 buses). Very bad toilet smell.
The trip went everything ok. No delays, which is the most important to me.

As tourists, we purchased tickets online, received confirmation electronically, took this to the ticket office and requested tickets. They sent us to an Internet Cafe where we had to print the confirmation! Moreover when asked for our tickets this morning we had to then take the printout back to the ticket office in order to get our tickets!! Why does it have to be so difficult?
