Coomotor receives praise for its comfortable and clean buses, as well as punctual service. The seats are noted to be extremely comfortable, contributing positively to the travel experience. However, some users have mentioned that the air conditioning can feel too cold at times and there was a lack of water in the bathroom facilities.

The bus is very Nice to travel with. I had a lot of space by the chairs. They give use a blanket, so You can really chill in the bus. The bus arrive perfect at the time in Cali but we were 40 minutes to late in Armenia. But it was a relaxed and comfortable trip!

Bus change in Neiva, planned but not announced to us. So we did not have a reservation for the wanted seats in the second bus. This change took a long time. We arrived 1,5 hours late. 1 hour only because of the change, no traffic only at the end in Bogota..

No one at the station knew where the bus would be and we got conflicting answers. Luckily, we saw it pull in. It was late arriving and also very late (2.5 hours) to Neiva. That wasn’t the company’s fault obviously but the communication was poor - the driver was uncommunicative and unhelpful about how long we had at the only stop and so we didn’t have a proper break or time for the toilet etc from 11:30 to around 20:30!
