Coomotor receives praise for its comfortable seating and accommodating drivers who assist with unplanned stops. However, several users have noted issues with the air conditioning being too cold and frequent stops causing delays in travel time.
Not good handling with the AC (was cold or hot). Also way to much stops on the way from the start to the end. It took 1 hour more because of this! And the seats in the front have almost no legroom it was terrible!

The bus came 40 minutes late and we arrived 2.5 hours late. there was no WiFi. there was no message from them about the delay, which was really stressful as the bus terminal is very confusing and platform is not marked properly.

Comfy seats that recline far back, there’s a toilet on the bus too but it had vomit in the sink which was really gross. The bus was cold so make sure to bring something warm !! Also was 2 hours late with no one able to tell us when or if it was still coming for us. Would do the trip again though.

Unfortunately the coomotor office in Aipe wasn't open that early. I needed to print my ticket. There was a number for the officer but they didn't respond :( I ended up taking a minibus to Neiva and exchanging my ticket there, adding 3 hours to my journey.
