I am not happy about the service, went we arrive to the bus station they told us that was no bus for the ticket I had ,and I had to buy another one to get to Oaxaca.The person who was on the window said that she couldn’t help me because I had the ticket on line.So I arrived to my destination very late. Not happy at all on buying on line tickets.

The bus was none existent The terminal said they don’t have any tickets to Acapulco I I never had my trip there and am now on my way from Pinotepa Nacional to Mexico City it held me up all day it’s 8:30 pm and I am leaving for an 11 bus ride which I wanted to avoid. Very disappointed
