ETN is praised for its comfortable and spacious buses, providing a pleasant travel experience. Many users appreciate the punctuality of their services. However, some travelers have mentioned concerns about loud music during trips and unexpected requests for tips from staff members handling luggage storage.

Appreciated the cleanliness of the buses (recent round trip Guadalajara and Guanajuato), seats, bathrooms, and waiting areas inside the bus stations were all very clean. Both departures were on time and the 15 minute delay on arrival back into Guadalajara wasn’t a problem for me, but could be an issue for others. There was no indication on my tickets that the buses would be stopping in Leon & I would have appreciated knowing that. Based on my tickets it looked like they were direct routes with no stops.
