Interbus Madrid receives praise for its punctuality, which is consistently appreciated by users. However, several reviews mention issues with seat comfort and organization. Some passengers experienced problems with the in-bus entertainment system not functioning properly and unclear seat numbering leading to confusion. Additionally, there were concerns about driver conduct during trips.

Purchased tickets on line for convenience. The Damas bus was clean and comfortable but overall our driver did a great job with his driving. Driving was safe and we also had him on our return journey which was comforting although it was a 12 hour day for him. He didn't have a name tag on which was a shame.

I missed the bus as it did not show that it stopped at Malaga and only gave the final destination. Help from the information desk was also partially correct
