I would use again, but please get toilets in the buses. It's better for everyone!
First 6 hours delayed, then 6 and a half but then the bus leaves at some time 6 hours 15 minutes after scheduled departure so that we missed. Nobody picked up at customer service and when finally someone picked up, he was not at all informed and finally hung up. I will arrive in Sofia with a delay of 2 days. This is unacceptable, really the worst bus experience and service I have ever experienced.
Very dissappointing. Cancelled My original schedule. Had to call them to put me on an earlier bus and this bus didnt Enter the station, it came from Madrid, they didnt Enter the station. Almost loose it! If i wasnt asking 1 hour ago, they wouldnt tell me where the bus was. They didnt gave me the cordinates but 1 minute before the bus decided to leave... the bus was dirty, the bathroom wasnt on use and the seats were awful. I felt it was a waste of money for the price i payed and the service i recieved .
Bus was late 45+ minutes. No notice or explanation of any kind. Took me 6+ calls during that time to get through to customer service (busy line) to find out if it’s even coming. AC on bus was not working well at all so it was 6 hours of sweating.
Totally disappointing bus arriving 3 hours late at Vienna and 9 hours late at Sofia. Rude staff and disgusting conditions inside the bus and the chairs are terrible like there are rocks inside on both sides. Will definitely not recommand to anyone
The drivers seemed like it was their first trip. 45 minutes late to the pick up which i can kinda forgive due to San Fermin festival but then getting to Bordeaux and going down small, wrong streets costing us 2 hours in the city to get righted and back to the bus stop...no sense of urgency either
WORST BUS COMPANY EVER. They have horrible directions to the pick up point and the bus never showed up stranding me and 6 other travelers. An absolute nightmare. Their customer service couldn’t be less helpful either. Truly a nightmare
The communication for the whole trip was horrible. The tickets we had said the Zagreb central bus station, but the bus actually left from a street CLOSE to the bus station. We nearly missed the bus due to this error on the tickets. The staff would not allow us to use the bathroom “because of covid” even though they weren’t requiring the use of masks. They did not clean the bus because it was littered with empty bottles and cracker crumbs on the seats when we arrived. I have taken many night buses, and this was truly my worst experience.
Absolutely terrible. A 7 hour delay in Dover, as the company did not book the tickets, and as a result, got the times wrong. The drivers were chain smoking all day and night, which is illegal. We arrived at 2 in the morning in Sofia instead of 9 in the evening. This has made it very dangerous.
The bus was 20 minutes late and we were beginning to wonder if we were scammed! When the driver arrived, he just pointed several times to the back of the bus for us to place our luggage then insisted he take our passports at the customs check point between France and England! When we asked him back for it after worrying that over an hour had passed, he kept it and yelled "It's not for me!". He drove recklessly, yelled at passengers on the bus and the entire thing was a terribly uncomfortable experience.
It was the worst choice I ever made with a bus travel. It was 4,5 hour delayed at arrival to Verona and 7 hours late when arrived to Ljubljana. The timetable is a mere mislead. The staff on phone was helpful, but the drivers were rude.
The bus was falling apart. Seatbelts didnt work. Never felt so much bumps and shaking in a vechile before. For the first hour felt i was gonna die in an accident. The staff didnt speak english but was nice at least
The outward journey was 1 1/2 hours late. The return was on time. Nearly missed the return trying to return a call to U.I., long story haha, but managed to get on the bus at a red traffic light 400 meters from the bus station. Fares are good.
The bus never arrived. After more than 1 hour waiting at the bus stations I just wasted 12 euros and had to take the train. I'm still waiting for the customer service of this company to reply to my emails.
