Union Ivkoni receives praise for its comfortable and fast buses, with punctual departures noted by users. However, some travelers experienced confusion due to incorrect departure locations on maps and issues like noise from metal bars during the journey. Additionally, seat assignments were not always enforced as expected.

Great driver. On time for connecting with flight. Actual bus was old and tatty with plastic on sides of most aisle seats missing and revealing rough edged screws. I’m aware of this as I caught my leggings on my seat screws as I swung my legs around to let someone out. This would not deter me from selecting this company as service is good but maybe be aware of this issue.

The driver was very good and caring person. He was very experienced and friendly. We had a smooth drive from London to Lille. However, the toilet on the coach wasn't working and locked for passengers used or access. This is a serious health and safety issue and needs to be addressed ASAP by the company. Passengers well-being is paramount and basic necessities like toilets and rubbish bins facilities are a must during an eight hours journey on the coach. Therefore, the company should addressed the above with immediate effect. I reserve the right to bring the above to the environmental authority and or care standards authority.

The bus had no phone charge. The stuff didn't speak English and were extremely unfriendly (angry for no reason). The bus was 50 minutes late and they said nothing to the people who were stressed.

Enjoyed everything. Very easy to book. The coach was very comfortable and ample leg room. The stop on the journey was at a perfect location with clean toilets and great choice of refreshments and snacks. And the coach left Bourgas on schedule and arrived on schedule in Sofia. 😀
