I loved the early arrival to the destination but the wait for the bus to come was a bit long and there wasnt any signs basically tell me I’m at the right destination but overall great especially the app they are wallet friendly honestly would definitely use again !!

The bus came early and departed ontime. The driver, John was efficient and courteous. I appreciated that a lot. John is certainly an asset to your company. He cares about the comfort and satisfaction of your clients. He chauffeurs well. However, your directions to the bus stop at Miami International Airport were insufficient.

Yes, Jet Set Express has a flexible policy. Tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours before travel time, and changed up to 24 hours before departure.
When bringing your luggage along, you are allowed two checked items with a maximum weight of 45 pounds and 62 linear inches each. As for personal items such as purses or backpacks, one per passenger is sufficient. If you would like to bring extra bags on board, this can be done by paying the minimum fee of $10 per item if space is available.
