I did not enjoy my ride with FlixBus at all. The bus driver charged me $20 out of my pocket to board the bus, the bus was roach infested and had to kill several of them. Also, the bus was operating as if it would break down at any moment with sounds of rattling and unusual sounds coming from the vehicle.
It was a disaster, my girlfriend and I had the worst experience possible, the driver made us lost our first bus then we had to wait another half an hour to get the next one and explain the situation, it was awful
First, the driver was really rude. Second the bus was also really hot, I asked very nicely to the driver to turn on the AC since me and other passengers were getting really hot. Third, the bus was stinking, it smelled weird. Besides that, the rode was ok.
According to customer reviews, RedCoach provides a great trip experience with their perfect buses. However, some customers have mentioned issues such as the air conditioning not working properly and feeling uncomfortable due to high temperatures inside the bus. Comfortable seating. Temperature was good. Could have been a little more prompt and driver should be more communicative. Also staff at terminal.should greet persons coming in and give them some guidance on the process , where to wait, which bus etc...especially for first time users of the service
The bus driver left without telling the passengers inside to board the bus.. the staff told us to wait inside until he was ready for us to board. He left without 8 of us. They called him and he had to turn around and come back to get us. Made us over one hour later. I was told I could get of At Pompano service station but the driver told me no.
The service was good, the arrival time needs to be adjusted as is impacted by the traffic
According to customer reviews, there were several negative experiences with the bus service. Passengers complained about significant delays and a lack of communication regarding the reasons for these delays. Additionally, some customers mentioned that the buses experienced mechanical issues shortly after departure, resulting in further inconvenience. 3 hrs late departure. Had to cancel all my vacation plans for the day. Station workers were rude and gave no updates on the delay.
It was awful. The bus leave three hours later. Noby gave us information about the reasons of the delay, neither the new hour to leave. Besides the bus suffer a damage about five minutes after the departure,.We have to wait for half and hour in the bus. Nobody tell us nothing . It was a lack of respect with the passengers.
Bus driver was very good & helpful the depot was a very confusing & disorganised & staff were loud & abrupt in controlling the crowd.
