It was terrible. The driver drove recklessly. He did not load anyone's bags. He dropped us off at the wrong stop and told us to walk to our destination.
On time for my fly going to the airport and ontime coming back to Kissimmee, the driver was so polite and professional and the speed and driving was smooth 👌 😎
The 2 drivers of the Miami-Kissimmee trip used 3 front row seats and did not allow anyone sit in them. Only one was used, the rest of them were full of their stuff. I suffer from motion sickness and need a front seat. In addition the leg space in the rest of the bus is very small. My back was killing me after the trip. I will not use this service again.
Everything is good but the seat little small and is my first experience and the people around me smell really bad and my son give me a lot complain but the rest is good the driver super good and super nice with everyone
Bus left Miami more or less on time. But after leaving the Fort Pierce stop, there was engine trouble and we had to stop on the FL turnpike. According to another passenger, this happened before, about 3 months ago. The cabin filled with acrid smoke and smell of burning oil. Some people had to get out, in a very dangerous area. We had to wait for another bus to transfer to to continue the trip. We should have arrived around 10:45pm and we arrived around 2:30am.
bus came on time,we arrive a kissimmee on time, superbe, and the importante things the driver was helpful and the bus was clean.wifi air condilion good.en plus we pay only 20 $ like free thanks for your help.
The driver was very rude. It was raining when he arrived at the Miami airport stop and Instead of using an alternative method to load passengers he had folks standing in the rain. Once he got on the bus he very rudely told us that the bathroom is not working and if we have to use the bathroom it’s our problem not his. He was very rude and unprofessional not an experience I care to repeat. I’m a regular commuter from Miami to Kissimmee and back and will certainly think twice about using this line again.
Everything was excellent until I left my luggage inside the Bus. I have been trying to retrieve it since I saw the bus take off and have not been successful. I drove to the next stop and could not see driver or bus.
The bus driver started to drive slow at Port St. Lucie, then it started to break down, and we got stopped by the police, waited nearly 2 hours for another bus, and arrived at Kissimmee at 2:18am. Very dissatisfied.
The bathroom was out of service, and the driver made 3 stops for the people to go to the bathroom and we waste a lot of time. The WiFi didn’t work, that was very disappointing. Also, at the end they couldn’t fit my bag.
Horrible! Never Showed up, forced to find a hotel for another night and buy another bus ticket because the bus company never showed up after two hours! and the company wasn't picking up the phone.
I would like to underline not only the trip was perfect. But also the assistance of the staff either physically that on line, not that obvious as one can think.
We had very bad experience, your company never gave us the right address for the terminal and we can aboard the bus we lost the ticket, we have to buy another ticket in Grayhoud
Imposible comunicarme con ustedes, el autobús se accidentó y el conductor dijo que a las 7pm regresáramos al punto donde nos accidentamos y al regresar no había nadie.
Usually the trip is great but, This time around the trip took twice as long to get there. And the driver was super slow at the pick up areas and took smoke breaks.
I didn’t get to catch my bus cause the person inside the greyhound station did not know how to print my ticket. Call greyhound 1800 number just to get a run around by rude employees. Had to wait on the next shift which printed my ticket with no problem for the next day 🤦🏾♀️. Had to call out of work cause of this bull
I was at the airport 20 minutes before departure time (1:00 pm) between gates 25 and 27, and never saw the bus arrive or leave. Why didn’t the driver call out for this passenger? I waited 11/2 hrs for this bus and am thoroughly dissatisfied, I will never use this bus again unless I receive a full refund.
The bad odor of restroom was disgusting.
I missed the correct bus stop on Kissimme and arrive to the final stop. Then i’ve Got back to Kissimme spending more money by my own.
Thanks
Driver nearly killed us when bus stopped on railroad tracks. Track divider even hit the bus and he wouldn't move back. Tri rail had to stop and tell him to back up!!! I will never travel greyhound again
