OurBus does not allow pets, except for trained service animals assisting a traveler. Service animals must be in a harness and under the control of a passenger at all times.
Each customer is allowed to bring one large suitcase that does not surpass 50 lbs. The dimensions of the luggage (L+W+H) can be no greater than 62 inches, and it must be able to fit under the bus. Travelers can also travel with one handbag that will fit in the overhead storage compartments or under the seat.
