I did not ride the bus since my flight was late. This was a problem for me and was frustrating, but I guess its out of your control.
I was naive to think the bus itself would be called OurBus and was a bit confused that the bus had a different name on it. The driver did not know what the WiFi name would be and neither did I find any unlocked Wifi network.
We arrived 3 1/2 hours later than expected. One passenger did not have a seat for the entire 7+ hours we spent on the bus which was dangerous and very uncomfortable to be a part of.
Besides the driver being 20 min late, he was friendly, courteous and got everyone on the bus quickly and we arrived to our destination on time and safely
The bus driver (Fitzgerald Brothers) was abusive towards passengers the whole trip. It was very disturbing to witness when he pulled the bus over, parked illegally and ran to the back of the bus to scream at some young girls who only had their foot rested on the seat across from them. They were very intimidated and he made them cry. Some guy stood up to the driver and told him to leave the girls alone, but this made the driver very mad and he became very aggressive towards other passengers and other drivers on the road (speeding, tail gating, and using his mobile phone a lot). No one felt safe. When we arrived in Syracuse, he held everyone trapped in the bus (no one was allowed to leave) until the gentleman who stood up to him gave the driver his name. The passenger calmly tried opening the door himself so the bus driver assaulted him. The passenger remained calm and instead climbed out the drivers door. This passenger was a champion for standing up and defending us other passengers. The driver needs anger management... Shouldn't be with the public. Very scary experience.
Was dropped off at buffalo airport and waited more than 1 hour with zero information on next bus. Next bus comes and had to wait an additional 2 hours for everyone to finish their entry requirement checks and take rapid tests. Bus was delayed by more than 3 hours and OurBus didn’t offer any kind of compensation or apologize. Terrible service
Nino, the driver, was extremely professional and friendly. He had to deal with a one-hour delay at the border that was not his fault. He was patient and kept the rest of the travelers continually updated until the bus was allowed to leave. The trip was overall very good.
The bud was said to be a coach style bus with bathroom and when it arrived it was a cramped shuttle bus. Not a coach at all. All riders were shocked. Please include this information on ticket sale, since I would not have purchased if I had known it was such a tight space.
Driver did not wear a mask. He got lost several times. I was supposed to go to Allentown, PA and when I asked his bus if this was the one he said yes. I was dropped off at Newark, NJ. and have suffered emotional distress because of this trip and failure from the company to secure my saftey.
I thought the driver was a bit intense and I felt uncomfortable on the bus. I just wish he was a little kinder with his instructions. he told us we had to get off the bus and wait in a tim hortans. i was one of the three people on the bus and was the only female so I wish I could of just waited on the bus.
The trip that was supposed to take 4.5 hours took 8 hours in total. In 8 hours one can travel to different countries. I understand it was because of thanksgiving traffic but the bus that left after us (the 2 pm bus was also late and left after us around 4:15-4:30 pm) somehow reached to Boston more than an hour earlier. I do not understand this logically. However, our driver was extremely kind and nice and did not leave us starving and dehydrated for such a long time. We were able to stop for max 15 mins for fulfilling our basic survival needs.
First, I was put on the wrong bus, despite it being the only bus at the stop and being told that it was the correct bus. Then, when it didn't stop in Philadelphia I was told the next stop I could get off at was Trenton, NJ. The bus continued past Trenton, NJ nearly all the way to NY because the Trenton stop was closed. It took me 3.5 hours and $25 to get back to Philadelphia.
Main compalint: bus driver exchange took a very long time despite the second driver being ready when we got to the exchange stop. that helped result in the bus taking an extra hour on the trip.
The bus driver was sarcastic when I asked how to get to penn station which btw was the landmark destination the ticket provided for the drop off. But instead we were dropped off on a sketchy street or overpass I’m not sure and had to walk 7-10 minutes to get to a safe populated area
