Staff was friendly. Only complaint I have is we had an ETA, I asked if there would be any stops and was told no. Then we stopped 30 minutes into the trip at a convenience store and that caused us to be late by about 30 min. My teenage son had to wait 30 extra minutes because we stopped. Just need to be more specific about stops, etc. ETA's can be critical and this one was. We missed an appointment we had due to this.

-Worst transportation service I have ever received. -No time sense. I bought the ticket because bus was starting at 7:45 PM and reaching Chicago at 2:30 PM the next day. To start with when I reached at Turimex, Dallas I was told there was no bus at 7:45 PM and only bus to Chicago is at 11:45 PM. I requested refund but no refund was offered. I took the bus anyway as I had no other option. The bus broke down in the road and travelers were forced o wait at a gas station for 8 Hrs. I don't know what a company thiks that it is fine to hold travelers for 8 Hrs (Hence, no time sense). Instead of reaching at 2: 45 PM as i originally intended and the very reason I paid for, I reached chicago at 12 AM the next day. -Staff had very limited understanding of English. They spoke only Spanish. - Will never recommend -Will never use either busbud or turimex in my life and will make sure to share this among my peers. -Bus was also in very bad consition.
No light in bus.. it stinks... it stop too often.. which i didnt know it has so many stations but that i know cant help it. No plug.. tv is messed up.. no closed caption on tv
I didn't take the bus, waited almost 2 hours and bus never showed up.! Kept asking and the lady at the desk wasn't much help. Ended finding another way to get to San Antonio.
Bus was dirty, no plug outlets and no wi fi as advertised. No toilet paper in bathroom. Too many stops in between trip; was not aware stops would be made so that other people could get off at their locations.
the bus was supposed to be at destination by 10:30 AM. it has not arrived as of 4pm
On our first bus trip to Monterrey, We were sitting in the back. The smell was bad. It got worse after our first stop as the front door opened and the restroom air was being pulled throughout the entire bus. That lasted about 20 minutes. Then we waited 6 hours to cross the border into Mexico. The bus got extremely hot for about 45 minutes while we waited since we were just sitting there. To end the toll “autopista” had a major accident and we had to take the one way road (carretera libre) and that took about another 3.5 hours. First and last time taking the bus. At least my 27 hours in Monterrey were good.
The bus never showed up
The drivers were so profesional good workers the six hours inside de bus in the frontair was horrible I had to lost my returning pass and come back to pTexas by airplane
Bus got delayed over 5 hours and had to purchase a rental car to get to Dallas for over $100. Will never use busbud or Turimex again until I get refunded. Will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away also.

Good but you need to update your departure location which was wrong and caused lot of problem for me

Very old buses With no accessories( internet or charge ports. Very uncomfortable buses and late arrival.
After buying a ticket for 3:20pm the bus's actual departure time was 6pm and I was denied a $37 reimbursement ! U will think at that price from San Antonio to Houston,u would get a premium service! I wish I could unstar this agency. Worst station ever !!
The buss was too old, it was just horrible. How's it possible you still manage that year bus! It was completely horrible

We orded tixets for 10.50 and were told to show up 40 minutes before leaving. When we get there, we get told that the bus would not arrive before 1.30. We had to cancel our plans. We would like a refund for our tickets.

It really sucks, no communication to advise of late buses on Sunday travel yet it’s the customers fault and no refund. Simply amazing!! 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
