Good staff. Not enough staff. buses not on time. No help after hours from turimex. Very good customer service claudia calderon in laredo, she is the only good thing about turimex very helpful.
The bus never came. We waited for 2 hours and call center people didn’t know if it would come or not. And they did not even give recunds

Bus I'd booked running very late, though was transferred to another only slightly later one by helpful staff. Very hard to make out announcements re rest break etc.

Toilet was not cleaned between Eagle Pass to Dallaa
Excellent. The delay was due to the slow processing of foreigners into the US. No fault of Turimex.
need improve on being on time.
I pick a departure time, to leave at that time... not an hour later. Unfortunately, will never travel with Turimex again.
Very good customer service. I just wish they had easy access to the chargers.
Please try to reach your destination on time
great service, but the buses need renovation (seats). The wifi was not working.

Overall it was a good trip... the driver seemed friendly enough... the bus was a little old... and couldn't get the internet to work... but they are minor things

Ended up not taking the bus as I was told it was running 3 plus hours behind and we had to wait. The waiting area was nasty and had a used diaper in it.

The entire staff, including the driver spoke nothing but Spanish, which is problematic for someone who only speaks English. The station was in a bad neighborhood and felt unsafe. Bus was super late and there are no seatbelts on the vehicle.

This bus was in very good conditions, had USB for connection. but I think that they should stress of taking there trash with them. I was sitting in the back and I took it upon myself to pick up empty water and coke bottles that were left in the mesh pocket.

Everything was good till I found out that my seat was wet. My pants were wet and I requested a change of seat. The bus driver told me to pick other one. As the bus filled the person in seat #6 came into bus and I explained to him why I had changed. He was so kind that he let me stay in his seat.

There is no proper customer support is maintained. The bus didn't come at all and I cancelled my trip to Detroit due to this. When I reach customer care, they said I will be informed about bus status over call. I didn't get either a call or a text message.

Overall great experience. Chauffeur kept us at the border and begged us to give him a tip for helping with our luggage. He said it wasn't his job to help, but he wouldn't let us touch the luggage on our own. He kept us for about 20 minutes after customs had allowed us to leave talking to us and informing us why we needed to tip him as he walked down the bus with his hand out. This is not professional.
Office needs to be work on. Its very smelling of unclean.
