I enjoy taking the bus and I will be taking trips frequently but it would be nice to post in English what the drivers typically say in Spanish. I am learning but when you add speed and a microphone it is nearly impossible. Trying to find an English speaking passenger is difficult and embarrassing. One other issue is the bus was incredibly HOT, I was not the only one and no one would say anything.

I suppose it has nothing to do with the bus company on what time you get over the boarder but we arrived at 1.30 am instead of 8.58pm. Would have been nice to have working Wifi on the bus as being international I couldn't let friends know i was going to be VERY late. Also maybe if they know an English speaking person is on the bus. The important information could be repeated in english too as when In america, the main language is English, but noone could translate it for me.

My bus had multiple stops picking up more people. I believe we stopped more than 5 times. There was more luggage that the bus could hold. Our arrival time was at 8:30 and we did not arrive until 9:45. It was my first and last time riding Turimex international

The bus made a lot of stops, more than I expected on a ride from Dallas to Austin. Didn't seem like there was a reason to stop at so many gas stations. We then arrived much later than it was said we would arrive which made it hard for the person picking me up at the station as I had to keep changing my arrival time every time we stopped again.

Have to be clear with what you sell, I bought primera service means first class and they have nothing to do with first class, there was people sleeping on our seats, the bus smells bad, was not clean, also saw cockroaches on the floor, we didn't think it was going to be a service like that on USA, the bus stop 3 times in 3 hours and they told us it was non stop... the driver was nice guy but definitely I won't travel again and obviously I won't recommend friends and fam to do it! Hopefully you give the basic service you are charging for, not asking for more...

I had to purchase another ticket at the counter. The clerk would not honor my electronic ticket even though it would show up in his system. He said I should have printed a hard copy of it on paper(like in the 80s). Bus driver was rude and made too many stops.

Nasty bus, sits are broken so you can't lay down. Supposed to be there at 1pm but lucky if you make it at 4pm. Bus drivers stop to eat anywhere they want but won't let people get off the bus. The toilets are nasty. The bus broke down and while they fix the issue they treat people as if they were doing us a favor

Unfortunately NONE of the today's schedules buses were ON time f.e among 3 buses. One my ticket was bought for had left at least 15 min earlier than scheduled time. The next one was totally NOT on schedule and 3rd one had a departed with at least one and a half hour delay
