Location of the bus stop wasn't informed us well enough. Screenshot of Google Maps and "in front of visitors desk" (when in reality it isn't in front of that desk) isn't enough when the real environment is in two floors and pretty complicated. We were early enough in Geneva Airport but we couldn't find the bus so that's how our trip ended. I was very disappointed with this experience.

The bus did not leave from the usual coach station area and as a result I missed it, after having arrived in good time and then waited for over an hour. I was not told about the different departure point when I booked, and as a result lost 3.5 hours. I had to travel with another company as the next Alpybus was not until 6.00 p.m. It was very difficult to get any information at the airport.

Bus and trip was fine. Bus driver was extremely rude. When checking in he he didnt understand how many bags we had despite showing him. It took another person to help intervene. He also questioned my friend significantly about the extra bag she had purchased despite her showing evidence of this bag. Other female passengers had issues with him too!
