The bus driver refused to open the front door for tourists to get on and off. All visitors had to crowd through the middle door, and everyone suffered badly from the sun.
Moreover, the driver did not yield to pedestrians while driving. He cut across the road even when pedestrians had the green walk signal. I believe this is extremely unsafe and shows a lack of respect for people on foot.
In addition, someone took my assigned seat. I asked that passenger to move to another seat so we could sit in our designated places, yet the driver blamed me and claimed I should be the one to find another seat.
