Bon trajet en autobus. Employés ne parlaient ni français ni anglais. Wifi limité à 80mb.
Notis pemberitahuan tentang kelewatan bas diberitahu terlalu lewat. Pemandu bas tidak mesra apabila bertanya sesuatu.
Overall it was very good
Je n'ai pas compris qu'on passe une heure à Lille. Je pensais que l'itinéraire était direct
We were dropped on the street not in the station where a friend was waiting for us, so we were not able to meet easily
Its was nice trip and the drive was safety
Nice trip, but could be a bit better
There was no internet (wifi) on the bus.
Terrible driver. He was arrogant and rude, and doesn't drive safely
Bus was comfortable and the driver greeted us with a smile and some conversation. Wifi was okay. It was surprising to me that there was free wifi but no toilet paper in the toilet!
The bus left Paris on time but reached Bruxelles-Midi more than 2hours late. Driver just kept stopping and at one stop (only 20 minutes away from destination), he waited more than an hour. Some people took Uber and left. He didn't speak english so no one in the bus had any idea what was going on... it was frustrating...
All was well just a few travelers have delayed to order food. But thérapeutique wifi. But the wifi connection was very heavy.
Nice journey - remember to have the toilet on board unlocked. Otherwise, great journey!
Late for more than 30 mins
The arrival to Brussels was nearly 2 hours late and the bathroom on board was terrible. Out seat tray was also broken. However the WiFi was okay and the bus fairly clean.
It seemed the late arrival was due to traffic conjestion and not due to any fault of Ouibus. However, there was no WiFi available, during the trip.
Staff was extremely helpful as I had problem with ticket bought last minute. Excellent customer service!
Very unprofessional. Bus delayed & no one cared to explain why & when it could be expected. Another bus going to Brussels arrived & those of us who were still waiting 2 hours on (because our bus was said to be delayed) were not prioritized, even when we explained that we have flights to catch at Brussels).
The bus was late for an hour. Some of the seats in bus were broken and there weren’t any toilet paper or running water in the toilet. But for the price that I paid, the bus journey was okey.
good value for money, but the peeps who travel on these buses can be quite a show sometimes
Worst bus experience I’ve ever had. The bus for 10:15 didn’t come until 11:40 while every other bus was on time. And the Ouibus staff acted nonchalant about the whole thing, saying ‘it’ll be 25 minutes’ every time we would ask. The bus driver then takes an hour break in the middle of the trip, so instead of getting there at 14:40, we got to Brussels at 16:40! Would not take Ouibus again.
Excellent Journey with minimum price.
Good! We had a ticket for the night prior that was horribly delayed, so delayed (an indeterminate delay) that we didn’t not even take the bus
Wifi not working through out the trip and the location of departure was not easy to find and taxi is not reach.
Travelling from Paris to Brussels was super easy on eurolines bus. The directions to the station were very precise, The ride was very smooth, bus was on time , overall excellent.
Have a clear indication where buses going to specific spaces are, we wasted 10 min waiting in a line that was for a bus to Morrocco and the room had a sticker for paris to brussels
