Alpybus Lyon Tignes recent customer reviews
The experience was not good, we ended up having to take an Uber to Tignes for over $400 euros. We arrived at the Lyon at 12:50pm and were out waiting for our 2:30 Alpybus by 1:30. I emailed the Alpybus our flight info prior to this and found out the bus was coming at 5:30. We called Alpybus and they were nice enough to switch it to an ALTIBUS arriving at 3:30. The ticket was in French and no English instructions were not included or translatable. We were looking for the ALTIBUS diligently along with other people and never saw it. At 3:45 we called ALTIBUS and found out that the bus was unmarked and we all missed the bus due to this and no proper instructions. We found no more were coming and they could book us for the next day at 12:30. We called Alpybus to see if we could get on the 5:30pm bus and they said it’s not available and there was nothing they could do. No apologies or options. We did not want to rent another hotel and miss our family reunion.
