We were told at the airport a bus could take us to catch the train but it was old information so we couldn't get there in time and ended up having to rent a car and drive to Eugene.

Drivers were amazing (1 in training I believe) No curbs, no heavy breaking, friendly. The only thing I noticed negative was; no charging ports at seats or wifi. In all fairness; I only expected those things because of the side of the bus saying it was available. I don't know if those amenities were Included with booking. (Why I didn't deduct stars)
