Staff was very friendly but the bus itself smelled terrible. Like the septic tank needed to be emptied and cleaned

This was my first experience with bolt bus and it was great. The bus was comfortable and the ride was very pleasant. I would use it again!

Miku I.November 3, 2019 |

Since we had been waiting the bus for 1 hour cold outside in midnight, staff should let us get into the bus first, and take the luggage in.

Cindy O.October 19, 2019 |

The only complaint is that the outlets on the right side of the bus were not working.

Julia P.October 18, 2019 |

That was the worst experience i’ve ever had with transportation. I am never taking a greyhound bus again

Hannah S.October 12, 2019 |

First off I was so confused where the bus was supposed to pick me up because there was no signs or anything I just had to wait for others to arrive and ask them. When our bus finally got there it was late and when we finally left we were already 30 to 45 past our departure time. Next the plug ins on the bus were not accessible and the WiFi did not work. Finally to top it all of our two hour bus ride had turned into four because of traffic. Worst bus expirence ever.

Renukah H.October 7, 2019 |

There was a change in where to pick up the bus and I was never informed. When I called customer service they weren’t friendly or very helpful. Luckily I found the bus in time and ride itself was great.

Elizabeth K.June 20, 2019 |

I liked the leg room and everyone was very quiet. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a strange smell, like cleaning fluid covering up something else.

James L.June 19, 2019 |

clean, comfortable

Jennifer J.June 17, 2019 |

I would prefer better signage for where to wait for the bus, WiFi barely even worked, but we made good time and the bus was clean

David P.June 10, 2019 |

Had a long wait in Albany-don’t know why

Jennifer B.May 20, 2019 |

Everyone was super nice but the seats for very uncomfortable. I kept sliding around and the driver was very rough on the brakes. I had the use a lot of leg muscles just a say in my seat. It was very frustrating.

Laurie S.March 24, 2019 |

Great driver. Felt safe. Great value for the money.

Dominic B.November 16, 2018 |

The ticket gave the wrong address for arrival. My ride waited at the station for an hour before noticing a small sign on the door saying that it was now on the other side of town. Unacceptable.

Julie M.October 22, 2018 |

4hours late. They should have planned a driver according to the bus time instead of waiting for one available.
