I was originally scheduled to catch a local bus to take me to the Amtrak station. That bus never showed up. I waited for over an hour. Finally got in touch with someone at an Amtrak. Who told me that my only option? Force to take a left at a cost of $37. Wait until the next day, no exclamation as to why the other bus was late? All I was given was a $3 week from so it actually cost me $34 more than was expected. Little to know help from anybody to alleviate. This spent only getting a $3 return in 4 to 5 business days was hardly equal. I would call an acceptable resolution
