The travel time should be specified correctly because for people who have transfers it can create big problems. This is not my first travel with Flixbus. If the busses arrive always 30min-1h later to the destination, why not to put real arriving time? My perfectly planned trip turned out to almost miss my flight. The bus was late 45 min.

It left at the right time but still we were late by 30 minutes and it wasn't due too traffic. It would be better to have a more accurate time for the journey. The seats were comfy and the driver was nice.

We were waiting for the bus on the station but it was not coming. We tried to figured out what is going on, whether the bus was cancelled or is only delayed (and if yes, for how long), but it was not possible to get this information. After three and half hours of waiting we gave up (I was travelling with two children and it was 1:30 am!!!). I feel really dissapointed about not being possible to get any information about the delay.
