My bus never actually came, and I had to wait for an hour and half in order to get on another bus that goes to the same destination. The driver was rude and drove very dangerously, which made me scared.
Is excellent service
I am very satisfied with your service, the bus is clean and new,the driver have good experience and safe, you are the best
Wifi not connecting to internet. I've taken 2 recent trips, same issue.
very good experience
Very good but need to work on timing
staff members were polite and service products were cheap only think is they were late
Best ride for a long time, cheap, short, comfortable! Almost luxurious. Its suprise i needed after long travels left behind. Big cheers
No entertainment . No wifi. Dirty Wash room
Good however not all sits have a usb charger
Waiting on a pavement with no information or assistance was frustrating and worrying. The process of boarding was almost cruel as I literally shivered from the wind, rain and cold at the front of the queue while the driver called out random names and boarded them first. Even those that benefited from this suggested he should allow me to board the bus because I looked unwell. I felt unwell after waiting over an hour outside. The only saving grace was that the bus did reach London on time. If the driver had the courtesy to explain his reasons for delaying the bus it could have been a better experience. If there was a shelter or waiting area then delays could be more tolerable. Please instate signs indicating the bus stop. If buses routinely arrive at random times on the premise that they will arrive on time, this should be clearly stated at the time of booking. The 1 hour prior to boarding seat allocation is a disgrace and should be reviewed by Trading Standards.
Seats small. Not fresh smelling. Driver drove ok but not friendly. No charging of mobile phone available. No water to drink. Arrived 1 hour early.
Very good, except for the internet which, once again, was not working.
Modern, comfortable and well equipped bus. Staff was excellent - helpful and friendly. Free coffee a real bonus - some delays through Chunnel due to customs and traffic - nobody’s fault Would recommend
The drivers were courteous, however, the instructions were not clear where to check in, caused a bit confusion for us, no seating arrangement, very inconvenient
Bus was 4 hours late and we got no notice. First person I spoke to was very rude. When the bus finally arrived it was comfy and the staff was nice, however I will not be using the company again.
Bus arrived 15-20mins late, would appreciated live notifications when delayed. Unfriendly staff, not particularly impressed with comments made back and fourth between staff while waiting for for control. Did not appreciated not having air-conditioning when inside Eurotunnel, it’s was over 25C and I find it unreasonable to expect travellers to enjoy their trip under there conditions. My partner and I were travelling back from Holiday trip to celebrate his birthday and it would be nice to not have these things part of this special occasion.
It was comfortable, kind and at times but the wifi didn't work at all
The waiting room was dirty, cold and without any confort. The ticket office has been closed for hours just to open 30 minutes before the departure and information for the travellers was absolutely indaguate.
Good service and clean environment
Bus was on time and very comfortable. Driver was nice and very professional. Whenever we stopped he spent the time cleaning or helping passengers
The driver has the excellent customer service I ever seen since using your services
The driver very intelligent and with good manners
Nice keep it up
Bus broke Down half way we didn't end getting to London Victoria and I had to make my own journey to Lewisham, which wasn't good at all and not knowing what time the next bus will come was even worse
Driver was extremely rude and unhelpful. The bus was late.
The bus was very nice compared to other companies. The internet connection was a bit slow but otherwise I was very happy with the service and will be booking with ouibus from now.
