The bus was freezing cold for the entire ride. The driver said he couldn’t a adjust the heat because it is automatic. Multiple people complained about the cold temperature.

Marie N.December 10, 2019 |

The bus was late, we had no information for almost an hour and had to stand in the cold. Then the toilet was broken and I had to argue strongly with the bus driver to stop at a service station for people to use the toilet (I am 5 months pregnant). However, the bus ride was comfortable.

Everything was great, but why the wifi is limitted??

Mohamad M.November 24, 2019 |

Very good service and a proper waiting area at Brussels Nord station especially during this cold weather.

Marion F.October 7, 2019 |

Le chauffeur ne parlait qu'espagnol (pour un trajet Bruxelles Paris), conduisait imprudemment et n'était pas poli avec certains passagers

Jessica S.September 27, 2019 |

They had a problem and the bus was late for 30 minutes in Lille

Mian Nabil S.September 22, 2019 |

This might not be the first complain of bus being late and people waiting on the side of road in cold windy weather.

Needham N.September 6, 2019 |

Bus arrived 2 hours 20 minutes late. I therefore missed my night train from Paris and so was stuck in Paris at 22.30, a woman travelling alone. I had to pay to book a hotel for 77 euros and then another train the next day for 83 euros.

Other than the bus being late the experience was really good. Will catch again

Lucas M.August 29, 2019 |

Staff was very rude, it was raining and they didn't help us with luggages; we had to be in a line under the raining! The bus had no wifi and the seats was marked with pen in numbers completely confused! The worst travel in my life!

Melissa D.August 21, 2019 |

It was good, just too bad there was no WiFi

Lynnette C.August 10, 2019 |

Brilliant :)

Nathalie L.August 8, 2019 |

The bus driver was so rude. He was yelling at all the costumers. There was a power bar in the middle of the bus to change the cell only and it was impossible to plug something. People kept fighting over it.

Luciana B.August 2, 2019 |

Never in my whole life and I’ve travelled a lot, haven’t seen a bus driver that stops in the middle of nowhere and announces that since the next stop is in 3hs, people can go pee in the trees next to the road. Unbelievable. A lose of time. No need to stop in a trip of only 4hs.

Taylore B.July 31, 2019 |

The bus station was dirty. The toilet on the bus was “full” so not useable. The seat I sat in was broken.. luckily there was room to move. It was a cheap ticket and I made it there safely so I’m thankful for that.

late and unreliable

Paul F.July 24, 2019 |

Very good. Road works was the unavoidable reason for being late to Paris.

Hanna L.July 5, 2019 |

When the bus driver arrived late, he was extremely rude to the customers when they were registering to board. When the bus about to depart, there was a reusable bag on the front seats on the right side of the aisle and no one was sitting there. The rest of the bus was filling up quickly and a couple asked nearby passengers if the bag was anyone's and if they could move. None of the other passengers said the bag was theirs so the coupled moved the bag towards the driver and sat in the seats. When the driver saw the couple had moved his bag, he started yelling at the couple for moving his bag so they could sit (the rest of the bus was nearly full). He then placed the bag in the overhead, where handbags should be stored in the first place. During the stop at the rest station, the bus driver notified passengers the stop would be 20 min; however, the bus did not leave until 30 minutes later which made the arrival time that much later. Overall, the bus driver demonstrated poor customer service skills towards the customers during the ride to Paris.

The driver was good but the bus quite dirty and smell not good.

Peter S.April 13, 2019 |

Staff was unhelpful and didn’t give any information. Driver decided to stop for apparently no reason. There were screaming babies and children the whole time. We were an hour late. Very bad experience.

Shannon Rose M.April 5, 2019 |

It got the job done, but that’s all I can say.

Michael K.April 5, 2019 |

Nothing more to say.

Driver not polite

Mojan K.October 6, 2018 |

We took a 20 min break on the way at a gas station, and the driver left the engine on the full 20 min. I am furious about this. I will never use Eurolines again and I will spread this story wide and far.

Moustafa D.August 27, 2018 |

Coatch and his assistant booked the first two lines of seats pretending that it is reserved and put baggage instead of travelers, 2- they tried to drive backword from petrol station and making the travel risky 3- travelers had no rest or break during the trip and it was one shot trip from brussels to patis. I trid flexbus before it was much better than eurolines.

Mojan K.July 6, 2018 |

The driver was friendly and very professional and the ride was actually pleasant! (as opposed to my recent couple of bookings with flixbus... Where I think all the passengers deserve money back and then some to compensate for the aggressive driver)

Gabriella R.June 8, 2018 |

The bus was half an hour late and it was very full with passengers. My friend and I got seperate seats. The bus ride was very uncomfortable and wasn’t able to sleep. It was also extremely cold. The bus driver took two 15 minute stops but they were actually 30 minute stops and no one got off the bus besides him because everyone was sleeping.
