Amtrak Portland Seattle recent customer reviews
The train was late for almost an hour, there was a mess with opening doors and finally the lift at the station did not work.
Igor J.
It was pretty awful. I know it was a snowstorm and it was nothing Amrap could do. But I bought $120 business class train ticket because I wanted to take the train. Yes, I understand that the trains were down. I did only receive $30 back to sit on a bus for almost 4 hours. I know everyone did their best. It was just a very rough day for me and my six-year-old daughter.
Rani S.
I enjoyed the sceneries along the way. My impression of the train is old system. Unlikely of Tokyo. Perhaps upgrade is better.
