Staff did not properly assist me to my assigned location. I was “scolded “ twice for not being in the correct place- first wrong floor then wrong seat. There is not a seat number on my online ticket, I was used to greyhound just find a seat!! and I was rushed and confused. After I got upstairs after being condescendingly told where to go….Then the woman conductor came and gave me a dirty look- and said” I’m just trying to figure out why your here … I said excuse me? She said that ain’t your seat. She never asked to see my ticket. How did she know that it was not my seat? . Very unprofessional!!!
