the 3 hours delay at night in LA at station full of criminals. I had to take a taxi for 160$ I want to get back to my money that I paid for bus but 3 helplines rerouted me and could not help me.
Finding the exact location for pick up was extremely hard. There was no signs or staff outside. I waited at one spot and apparently missed my bus as it was an unbranded bus. Very frustrating after a full day of traveling
Missed the bus as I was unable to understand the person telling us when our bus was ready.I don’t think he could speak English. Staff in office were apologetic and promptly got me a ticket for next bus. The trip was pleasant.

Waited outside at 2 am and waited almost an hour and a half and it never came
Bus was scheduled for 2:45 am. We showed up at 2:30 and stayed until 3:30. The bus never showed up and we had to leave because it’s not exactly a nice area at all.

I was basically dumped off at a location l was not verified for, i.e., old Town instead of the greyhound station where l was to be picked up. I am a senior citizen. This was a struggle for me.
