Eurolines bus departed and arrived on time regardless of the delay from the police check. The bus driver was professional and drove safely.
Driver drived very bad and once he wanted to accident very bad and you can ask another customer, he didnt talk nicely to customer , I wanted go to toilet but was locked , i asked him several time then he opend for me , toilet was verrrry derty and has no any tissue. Seat was small has no usb and any thing else. I never ever go with eurolines any more . Service was zerooo . They can change your seat and your bus without any notice, unbelievable. Here is Europe and I thought people respect customer , but i saw exactly different. I live in Australia and ur welcome to australia and check relation. Regards Hojjat foroughi
Too many peoples in the bus, and happens a overbooking. Many people’s stays in Amsterdam. I don’t like that. I will not travel with the CityBusExpress again
The bus was overbooked and they forced us to get and pay for another bus that was much much more expensive. They promised that the money for the new bus will also be covered by the company but we have yet to receive word that we will be refunded for it
The bus did not come. We asked 8 people who all said we were in the right spot. Waiting 1.5 hours, and we were for sure there at the right time and date
my partners name wasn’t on the booking sheet even though she was on my booking so we were put to the side (even though we were one of the first in line) until the rest of the bus boarded - wasn’t happy as only single seats left - luckily the bus drivers were nice enough to offer up their reserved seats at the front of the bus. We booked at the same tome yet one of us wasn’t on there causing us to stress a little. Would also be could if the drivers could of informed that we could descend at stop offs as we weren’t advised of anything at all
The seats are very uncomfortable and the toilet was in a very bad condition
Will definitely use again :D
