Good efficient and value for money
Just wish I had an opportunity to charge my phone. Caused some trouble with coordinating travel out of london
No WIFI, No power plugs, no bathrooms--they need to stop claiming these things if they cannot provide them.
It was extremely quick which I really appreciate the only problem I have is that I could only order by credit card
i like it blablabus
The journey was better than I expected overall. However, there was no wifi or outlets and the drivers snapped at/were rude to various passengers.
Bus was an hour late without any information or warning
Good service ans staff..
Everything was on time. Helpful staff! I just didn't like the ferry.
No communication from the drivers, when I asked golf no stop but stopped 45 mins at euro tunnel. Seats very cramped, no toilet paper or towels, felt like drivers only interests in getting bus from A to B, no customer care.
No WiFi, no charger points or USB plugs, but otherwise it was comfortable, cheap, and friendly staff.
Not the bus drivers fault we were late but mr B was a great bus driver
First impressionwas from the two staff/drivers so friendly and thoughtfull. Tyron was so polite and kept us updated at all times. The bus was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great journey and will be my no1 choice from now on.👍👍👍👍
Missed the ferry, didn’t make my connecting train, lost money because of this.
The trip was, long, but the staff were very helpful whenever something was needed. However, the booking claimed there would be power-outlets on board, as well as wifi. There were no outlets, and 5 minutes into the trip, the very slow wifi network completely disappeared.
My bag wad missing on arrival and the drivers attitude was very bad. Till now I have not seen my bad and Eurolines has no office in London and their telephone numbers are not going through.
too much delay
The bus driver was fantastic but he seemed to be having difficulties with whoever he was reporting to. He expected to be driving a much nicer coach and was very upset that the outlets didn’t work and there wasn’t any internet. I also think they may have overbooked the coach because the driver was very upset with whoever was in charge at one of the stops.
Awful experience from start to finish
Absolutely awful experience, I will never travel with this company again.
Our Amsterdam to London flight was cancelled due to fueling problem at Amsterdam airport and airline tickets were not available even for the next day. So, we used this bus. I should have planned using BlaBlaBus rather than choosing to fly.
bus was late 1 hour but I received 5 hours before emial with this information so for me is fine
Fantastic can’t complain the bus we had was really nice Comfortable and relaxing not overcrowded.
Wasn't happy with the last minutes change to the time of departure. I had other connecting transport which i had to rearrange because of this. I've also missed some appointments already
The bus was very tight, and the driver and additional stuff weren't friendly, it was a very bus ride and no real stop were scheduled other than the boarder crossing. They were upset when passengers had to use facilities at the passport control, we were delayed at the tunnel ans they made no attempt to let us know, even just as general info.
I want the refound. Late bus, cold bus, no one took care about customers. Nevermore in my life
Besidess the bus being late, it was so cramped my knees touched the seat in front of me and I'm not very tall.
Great service only problem I had some very rude people on this bus the coaches need to be more spacious for such a long journey people wanna pull the seat back and cause problems for other people but I can’t get enough room these buses truly need upgrading for such a long journey toilet are awful need some Air freshener and ventilation
1-The drivers dont speak english and they are unfriendly. 2- No wife 3- No seat Electric 4- No Toilet paper. 5- We dont get a break.
