The bus was nice, however the bathrooms never got cleaned or emptied - not even once during our three day trip! It was not the original bus we had booked and therefore our seats were moved to right beside the bathroom where it smelt of urine all day and night. There was only one free meal included in the ticket for a three day trip (sandwich) but after picking up a couple random people on the highway the driver had no sandwiches left for myself or 7 other passengers at the back of the bus. This meant that I had to wait 7 more hours before we stopped (at midnight) to BUY my own food and was not reimbursed! Not impressed! Although all the drivers were nice enough, the entire experience was not the best. Also they never turned on the heat and all the passengers were freezing every night (we all had to take out multiple layers of clothing from our bags to wear while sleeping)
