Balut receives positive feedback for the comfort of its seats, which many passengers appreciate. However, some users mention that there are numerous stops along the route and occasional delays in service. Additionally, concerns about extra charges for luggage and unfavorable currency exchange rates have been noted by travelers.

For my 4.5hour journey I had a broken seat, the back was almost horizontal. I mentioned this to the conductor and he was ambivalent, bordering on rude. Clearly it’s a regular occurrence on their buses! Additionally having been on several buses recently this was the dirtiest by far. I won’t travel with this company again.

They didn't want to let us on the bus because we paid with the app and not at the terminal.

It was easy to find the bus station, we left (almost) on time, and the seats were fine. The only thing we didn't like was that we chose our seats ahead of time but got assigned random seats anyways. They also charged us (twice) for luggage storage on the bus.
