The man loading the bags onto the bus took advantage of the langage barrier and demanded money from me. He would not load my one bag without me paying him on the side. He told me in spanish that only 15 kilos per ticket was allowed. He then took my friends bag and refused to take mine, despite the fact we were on two separate tickets. Ignored me while he loaded everyone else's bags and told me I could pay him if I wanted to go to Buenos Aires. Extremely unprofessional.
