Tornado Bus User Reviews
Tornado Bus receives positive feedback for its efficient travel times and the ability of drivers to communicate in English, providing a sense of safety. First-time travelers also report having a great experience. However, some users mention that seat comfort could be improved and temperatures were occasionally too cold during trips.
I was happy that the driver spoke English. My Spanish is very good. We made excellent time and I felt very safe. I look forward to my return trip.

The journey was good, the driver and staff were polite. But I will suggest that the bus stops be announced on arrival to help the clients alert the bus, because I was sleeping throughout the journey and didn't know when the bus arrived my destination. I opened my eyes suddenly when the bus stopped all to find out it was my bus stop. Thank you.

I did not get the chance to experience the bus ride because the bus was gone when I got there at 8:48 am

They did not honor your promise of $10 per extra luggage. They charged me by the pound. $160us for four bows at 40 pounds each.

Myself, my wife and two other ticker holders (Piedras Negras MX to San Antonio TX) arrived an hour early at the pickup location for the Tornado Bus that was supposed to pick up at 6am cst. We called Tornado Bus in advance when the bus did not arrive at 6am and were told the bus was running late. 4 passengers were standing patiently w/ luggage. The Tornado Bus started approaching at approximately 9am cst. We all waived at the Tornado Bus and the driver simply sped by making no attempt to stop. Even the staff at the gasolinera was suprised the bus did not stop. We immediately (4 passengers) called Tornado Bus. No one in customer service seemed to know what to do and suggested we call back or leave the next day. My job required me to get back to Nashville TN asap. We ended up paying a taxi almost $5000 Pesos to try to catch the Greyhound leaving from Eagle Pass Tx, but missed the Greyhound. We then found a shuttle to take us to San Antonio TX and got an economy hotel, then the next day purchased 2 Greyhound tickets from San Antonio TX to Nashville, TN. I and my wife are down-to-earth and forgiving. But this situation needs to be addressed professionally by Tornado Bus, et al. Respectfully, Robert Grant

Bus stopped for 30 minutes for a break and made me late to our event.
