Those people I goin to report to DOT cause they are trash
Bus driver was late, made me wait outside in the heat while he sat down for a meal. Spoke no english and I do not speak spanish. Bathrooms were disgusting. Wifi was $15 when I was told it was a free amenity.
Will never ride Greyhound to El Paso again- I have Tornado Bus Lines! Clean, efficient, and safe. I wish I had tried them three years ago when my daughters started at UTEP. Now I can rest easy commuting my girls from Dallas tonEl Paso.
Staff were friendly but the bus was almost 2 hours late, I didn't receive any communication about the lateness or that the bus say espresso on it and not tornado bus. Luckily since my Spanish is not great, a customer service rep from another bus line called then multiple times until they got someone and then confirmed to me that it's coming , will be late and says espresso on it.
I was scheduled to leave San Antonio at 1 P.M. The bus was 20 minutes late. The clerk, Edgar, was incredibly helpful. He found me in the lobby to personally let me know the bus was leaving. We shook hands and I thanked him. I was told the bus was nonstop from San Antonio to Brownsville. We stopped in Riviera for snacks and Harlingen. Granted I'm the type to only stop for gas. It would be a terrible business practice to force other people to do the same. No sense in changing that policy.
Very Bad. I bought a ticket that clearly had an arrival time between 8 and 9am from Houston to San Luis. Service horrible they switched me twice to different busses and finally arrived until 4pm and missed an important doctor's appointment. I will never make business with you anymore
In addition to the bus being 3.5 hours late, the customer service both on the phone and the lack of security from the bus drivers were vertually non existent. The phone rep was very inexperienced in answering our questions and unprofessional in his interaction with us example: “ah, ok bye”, is not way a business says goodbye to a customer... While the ride on the bus was overall fine, the bus pick up and drop off stations was literally a curb side pickup and drop off. No sign and no representative to meet at an office or enclosure to ask questions or have a safe place to wait when your bus is half a day late to their location. Overall my wife and I had a poor experience, even by low expectation standards. We will not be using this service again.
My 7:45am bus arrived at 9:15am, whenever everyone (including the drivers) departed to buy and consume tamales. We didn't leave until 9:45pm, a full two hours late. The direct route promised was not followed; we got off the main highways to take a very time-consuming trip to a smaller town to let one person off. In total, we were 3 hours late arriving in Minneapolis. That's not what I signed on for.
I did not get the seat I paid for because tornado bus service over sold the bus seats and have my seat away! The bus was also late! Why should I even bother to buy online ahead of time? I will probably only use tornado bus only if it's a lady resort.
