I would not use this service again or recommend to anyone. It also unexpectly charged €10 for a baby and there was also a charge for baggage stored underneath in hold.
When buying my bus ticket I saw it was an electronic ticket. On the email I received it indicated that it was okay to show the ticket on my mobile. However on the bus the conductor was highly irate that I did not have a printed ticket and threatened to throw myself and other people without printed tickets off the bus.
If i could give negative stars then i would. The bus was late, there were chicken bones on the seat and staff were rude. The email stated we could use a mobile device as a ticket but the staff member screamed at me and threatened to throw me off. He was extremely aggressive and was getting right in my face. Im a solo female and i was very frightened and upset. I would rather walk back then take this bus again.
Trash everywhere. Company employee was very hostile and unfriendly. No communication during border crossing as to what was happening
Horrible experience, awfull bus and mentally insane personal off the bus. Really psicopat, weird and no respect of fisical space. Felt insecure all the time. The bus arrived extra late without any explanation only insane guy who shout us.
Our bus arrived in Dubrovnik with 2 hours delay, we were trying to contact the company and asking on bus station information, however noone from company pick up the emergency and custumer service phones, neither any company representative contact the Dubrovnik bus station to advise about the delay. We were not sure if the bus would come or not and our accommodation room in Kotor was almost cancel due to late arrival. The driver charged us 10 hrk per back, even though online was written that each passenger is allowed to bring 2 bags free of charge, as well as we did not received any receipt about the extra charge. Not to mentioned that the bus is old smell swet and there is no wifi, even though its mentioned.
The bus was more than 2 hours late which is very disappointing
We purchased tickets on line which stated we could use the e-ticket option. When we boarded the bus the driver collected tickets and castigated us for only having e-tickets.
This bus was absolute chaos. The staff were so unhelpful and the initial bus we were supposed to be on was too full and we had to wait for another one. The ticket said that baggage was included, but we had to pay extra for this and the staff were rude. The confirmation email said that the bus ticket could be shown to the driver on our phones, but we were then told we had to print it (and we had to run to a travel agent to do this before boarding the bus.). The bus had wet seats. The border crossing was terribly slow and the bus driver was rude when people were trying the have their passports checked. The bus ticket said this bus would arrive at 12:30pm, we arrived in Kotor at 6pm. Terrible service, will not travel with this company again.
Left Dubrovnik 50 minutes late. Aircon wasnt worming. Bus broke down 45 minutes into the trip. Left sitting for an hour and 15 mins waiting for a new bus. Arrives to Kotor 4 hours late
Shambles from start to finish. Bus left an hour late. Unsurprisingly then broke down - ancient bus poorly maintained. Waited another hour and a half for another bus on side of road with no shelter. 2 hr journey took 6.5hrs.
People on the bus were unkind. The bus arrived 3 hours late, because the bus broke down. We had to wait for an hour for a new bus to come.
