Driver forced us to pay for travelling with luggage even though ticket says this is included. Bus arrived in split almost 1 hour late.
Good service 👍
The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we purchased the ticket, it advertised that the bus had WiFi, charging facilities and air conditioning. It also stated 2 checked bags would be free as well as 1 carry on. The staff demanded 20 Kunas for our luggage - we had no option but to pay. When we got on board the bus was quite old - no working WiFi and no charging facilities. The air conditioning was almost non existent and everyone was sweating like crazy. When we mentioned this to the staff they responded by saying “they were very comfortable”. My partner suffers from travel sickness and this heat made things 100 times worse. This was by far the worst journey I have made
Horrible driver rude and rough ask us to pay for the luggages that was actually included in the ticket the bus was extremely dirty without air conditioning...
Wasn't given chance to go to toilet on journey and staff no charging ports
Our bus broke down on the side of a highway, which I understand is out of the drivers control but some communication would of been appreciated, even if the driver didn’t speak English he could of told the Croatian speaking passengers who may of been able to translate to the rest of the passengers what was going on while we sat in a stinking hot bus for over an hour on the side of the road with no explanation at all.
Hello, Unfortunately my partner and I had a terrible experience. Our worst day in Croatia thus far. The bus was over 2 hours late. We arrived 45 minutes early like suggested, which made the wait time even more aggravating. When the drivers arrived they were not helpful and very disorganized. They knew they were late it should have been clear which bus was which. Once the bus was confirmed we attempted to bring our baggage on the bus they said no to my suitcase but my partner only had a backpack they refused to let him on with. We gave them cash they said they wanted smaller bills not a 200 Kn??? After saying no we were not going to change the money they then accepted it and gave us the change that they had. (they had he perfect change?? They were just being difficult for no reason). Once we finally paid and our bags were on the bus they told us that that bus was full to us and another couple that we had to go on another bus. To leave our bags on the one bus and go on the other as they were both going to Split. This again made me feel very uncomfortable as I only speak English and nothing was being explained just hand gestures to get on the bus with out proper communication. All 3 bus drivers were extremely rude. I just felt after waiting for almost near 3 hours for this bus to arrive there would be a little more care. He bus was supposedly stopped at the border so I can understand the drivers frustration. But unfortunately that is your job as a bus driver. It is also considered a service that we rightfully paid for. The hospitality over all I would rate 2/10 being thankful that we arrived safely. If this review means anything. I would definitely have someone in higher authority ride along or check on this as a mystery passenger to evaluate your drivers. Foreigners are arriving from all over the world it leaves a bad taste in everyone’s mouth. All the best with your company I do not plan to ever take the bus in Croatia. Or suggest this to anyone in the future. Sincerely A friendly Canadian.
The driver was yelling at every passenger. He threw the luggage tickets twice on the outside bench and sat down and was not helpful. I was second in line with my 5yo and 3yo and he pushed us out of line because my ticket was not printed even though it was paid for and I showed him the tickets on phone with their reference codes. He got in the bus with everyone else on it so I had to say excuse me I am going on this bus with my kids and I have paid for my tickets let me on and he then got the reference codes and gave me paper tickets
2 hours late for a 4 hour trip
The bus drivers were rude and abrupt, not helpful at all and overcharged us for luggage storage and when we argued they started to drive away without us and only stopped when we stood in the way.
Very efficient, friendly and very reasonable price for travel.. very happy!
The staff do not speak a word of English. They are rude and only assist when there is a cash payment involved. A significant number of seats in the bus are out of service. Would not recommend.
Was unclear to us that we needed to print the tickets. We got there over 20 minutes early but no places were open to print so we were not allowed on the bus. Very unhappy with this as we presented out tickets electronically but were still declined entrance onto the bus we paid for.
