Very bad experience. Rude driver and arrived 1.5hs late
Seats were very uncomfortable, bus was too cold due to AC and we had to pay 10 extra Kuna for our backpacks as luggage were not included (although on our ticket it said they were!)
Incredibly long and very tedious, the bus was late to start with and only kept getting later. The driver charged us 20 kuna for 2 bags which was unacceptable given baggage was included, and most likely he was pocketing the money for himself. Moreover, he was incredibly rude and an unbelievably dangerous driver, and stopped far too many times along the way, all contributing to our lateness.
The bus journey claims to be 3hrs but it was 6hrs from split to Dubrovnik, which is false advertising. Also they tried to get money out of me to store my bag which is ridiculous. In the uk we do not do this. The ride was pleasant and the scenery. Also on my ticket it said the seat number that was allocated to me because I paid for it. However a girl had taken my seat. The driver needs to check that everyone is in the correct seat if they have pre booked online. I have better bus service in the uk. Also the companies are so unorganised to the point there is no queue or even the question of pre tickets first on the bus. This needs to be put in place and the driver drives way to fast around the road edges which is scary and dangerous. I was suggest that they should slow down. Overall the cost of the bus journey is decent.
Was supposed to be a 3 hour 45 minute journey was about 5 hours 30 minutes with 2 rest stops which was unnesscessary. Lovely views though
Your staff (bus driver) was rude and unhelpful.
Dirty old bus. Broke down on the highway
Broken seats, late pickup by 1:45mins, 3h late to Dubrovnik. Traffic is bad this time of year so be prepared, toilet Out Of Order on bus.
We had to pay for our luggage when the receipt said that it was already paid for. Also dissatisfied that there was no toilet available on the bus.
The bus driver told us this was not our bus so we left the bus and went and asked the lady at the front desk and she confirmed it was indeed the right bus. There were two people in our seats on the bus and instead of the driver checking tickets he just shoved in the first two seats of the bus that did not have adequate room, when we paid for other seats. The bus driver was smoking on the bus and texting and driving. He made us feel uncomfortable and we were two hours late arriving to our destination. I would not recommend this bus to anyone.
The staff was behaving badly towards us - discriminating and mocking in Croatian language making other local passengers laugh. Staff didn’t speak English. We felt very badly and it ruined our Croatian experience for a day.
Our bus driver expected payment for our luggage even though the luggage policy is 2 free checked luggage for Each person. Our luggage was small carry on suitcase . A way for him to make more money .
Very bad conditions
