Terrible experience. I arrived 20 minutes early at the bus stop and then waited for over an hour and my bus never arrived. As it was the last bus of the night, I had to call an Uber and pay 140€+. I also called and emailed the company and no one picked up.

Bus was fine. But I paid extra to be dropped at the port and the driver decided that everyone had to get off at the central station when I specifically paid more for the port. I would like some reimbursement.

Finally on the bus after not realizing how far and remote the pickup area was, with very bad information, the journey was quick.

We bought tickets for travel between matera and Bari airport for the Sita bus. We almost missed it because we thought that the bus that arrived wasn’t ours as it said Cotrap. The tickets should clarify which buses the tickets purchased are good for.

By a wrong information about the bus stop ( I was waiting at the railstation Villa Longo) in the mails I received I missed my train from 7 m. Had to run to the Central Station Matera where I could get the bus from 8am. And had to pay another ticket!
