I bought the ticket and I was waiting at thé indicated platform as it was written from 15 mins before the departure time. However, the bus never showed up and I called your company for help because it’s your responsibility, but no one helped us and even hang up the phone call. So I could not go on the trip. The ticket was even non-refundable which is unbelievable service.
