According to multiple reviews, customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by the bus company. They mention delays in departure and arrival times, as well as unexpected stops at souvenir shops and gas stations. Some customers also reported that more tickets were sold than there were seats available on the bus, resulting in uncomfortable conditions such as sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. These issues seem to be consistent across several reviews and can be inconvenient for travelers.
JETT Wadi Musa Aqaba recent customer reviews
Departed shortly before 5 pm, after we presented our bus tickets to staff both at boarding and again said “Tala Bay” upon staff review once seated. The driver went to a souvenir shop for a 15 minute toilet break, then later to another place for another 5 minute toilet break. We didn’t know that the bus would go to Wadi Rum after that, what seemed like a long detour. We then stopped twice at a gas station (the driver had to return for some reason after the first visit, and he sincerely apologized). Arrived in Aqaba after 3-1/2 hours, and were still patient, but then driver told us he was finished for the day and initially refused to take us to the stop for which we had booked our tickets, to Tala Bay; he pointed to a mini bus shuttle to take there instead. We left the bus with our luggage. After what seemed like a heated discussion started by a fellow driver with our bus driver, that fellow driver gestured to us to put our luggage back on our bus and to get back on it. Then our bus driver took us to the stop shown on our ticket; we arrived around 9 pm. We had anticipated to be there 1-1/2 or 2 hours earlier.

4 hours instead of 2 because we had to stop to shop at the drivers friend shop ! Unbelievable

More tickets were sold than could fit on the bus. I had to sit on the floor for three and a half hours
