I will NEVER buy another ticket for Amtrak again and will ONLY be going via bus. They closed the gate at 6.55 (5mins earlier than allowed - 7.00am is cut off) and refused to let me get my train at 7.15am. 0 help from staff - "there is nothing we can do - that's their decision to close the doors early if they choose" And I was left without any help.
