I was very disappointed riding two hours in a run down dirty coach car. Its interior had worn upholstery with unravelled fabric, which had long seen better days during the early 00s. The stained carpeting had more holes than Swiss cheese. Riders in coach class deserve much better than this. Amtrak busses had more comfortable seats and much cleaner interiors.

The bus left an hour late. We were told ten minutes before the departure time that it was going to leave 10 minutes late, then no one came back to give updates. Then, the replacement bus was all electric which was good but there wasn't enough room underneath so bags, walkers, bikes, etc. were cramped on the inside. One compliment goes to the driver who was polite, helpful, and apologetic about the situation.
