Happy with the staff and cleanliness however bus was late to depart with no communication. In addition my ticket indicated a direct route with no stops of which we made 4. I feel that should have been indicated on my ticket. The drop off point also said scotiabank which is not where I was dropped in downtown Kelowna. The arrival time was suppose to be 740 pm. We arrived at 930. That’s quite a difference.
Excellent service, a few passengers were rudely talking in their phone very loud almost all the way from Abbotsford to Merritt. On gentleman asked him to talk quieter but that just made him seem to talk louder. All staff was great. We hit a lot of snow in Hope and that was why we were late. Their main concern was to get us all to our destination safely no matter how long it took. Overall, would highly recommend using them!
I regularly use Ebus to go to the Okanagan and often have (I believe his name is) Che as a driver. He in particular is always friendly and helpful, and provides a safe and punctual ride. It’s wonderful to get to see a familiar face when taking a long trip. I’ve become familiar with many drivers as I’m a regular user of Ebus services, they are all professional, helpful and friendly and provide and comforting experience.
Hello there. I purchased 2 tickets. One for myself and one for my 3 year old daughter. There was no seats for my daughter when I got on the busw as people were rude enough to not give up a two seater. My daughter sat on my lap on the 4 hour bus ride. On the way home my mother had asked the bus driver to accomadate my daughter and myself by asking passengers to adjust seating but he had told me no it was first come first serve and there was nothing he could do. So once again she sat on my lap! Not impressed I got one seat both ways for the price of 2!
