On positive side - very nice driver and felt safe. On down side - I had two very small bags (back pack and computer bag) and one even smaller (2" wide by 10") that held a cookie box. I had to pay $19 to bring this little bag on board. I know now that your rule is 2 bags no matter now large, but think that there needs to be some flexibility given to drivers when someone has very little luggage, but in 3 pieces.
