VIA Rail Montreal Toronto recent customer reviews
Small delay of 4 minutes departing but otherwise no complaints. I usually fly to Toronto but quite enjoyed my train trip on Via !
My son unfortunately ended up sitting with a lady who has hygiene issues. Although he is thought not to judge, sitting that close to someone without an option to remove yourself from the situation was unpleasant. She also proceeded to drink heavily from alcohol she had packed in her bag. The whole situation made him uncomfortable.
It was great but I had 2 heavy bags and nobody helped me. I think it would be nicer if the staff help
