Bus Tickets from Ottawa to Pearson Toronto Airport

On time , with breaks I slept for the majority of the night, which I never usually do, luggage was no problem Great trip to Toronto

Enjoyed: punctuality, arriving on time, bathroom breaks Didn’t enjoy: locked bathroom on the bus.

FlixBus was great however I wished we had breaks to use the washroom and to pick up food to eat. The driver was very rude and was not helpful at all. She was rushing people and yelling as well.

Overall good but the buses are dirty and not maintainned well.. there was molding hanging off the front upper deck windshield on the double decker and also the signs making noise inside bother

Terrible service. Missed connection. 2 hours late. Disorganized. Blaming passengers.

2 hours and a half late. The second bus left without us. Almost had to stay at the halfway point until 3am.

Charging port not working and bus is not on time

Bus was comfortable, on time, driver was professional, curteous, overall a great experience. Thank for being able to relax and do my work on board.

My experience was very good the driver was very friendly and helpful. We left on the scheduled time and arrived at our destination a little late due to heavy traffic but definitely no problems.

The bus was late and it was very difficult to find out if it was on its way. The bus GPS was incorrect. The bus driver was kind and polite.

Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable. Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

They cancelled my trip few hrs before my trip. And send me a message at 2:00 am rediculous

Bus didn’t come. Had to book another bus with another company later in the day.

Our trip for 10:00 am was canceled at 2:00 am at night for „unforeseen circumstances“ so we had to scramble to find a new bus with a different company in the morning. Extremely short notice and no alternative trip or customer service available from the company. Extremely dissatisfied.

It was great, more comfortable than taking the bus😫.. the staffs are very friendly and polite♥️♥️

Every train has a delay - cancelled a whole day so I sat at the terminal for Hours and we all lost valuable and priceless times of our life. Via rail is absolutely garbage.

The first bus provided (Ottawa-STC) was really comfy with a good recliner seats. The bus from STC-Ottawa was CRAMPED. I wish you'll try procuring the same vehicle brand & design that drove me from OTTAWA/BAYSHORE-STC.

Every thing was okay except the back roll space is too tight for four people, I was uncomfortable.

-) Driver does not allow us to eat nor drink in the car, yet they casually drink an can.

Our driver was great! Everything was communicated to me as a passenger so I knew what was going on.

The ride was comfortable and faster than my other trips with other travel companies. The driver was kind and very accommodating.

I payed for the services us of a bus and was given a van. no email to let me know about the changes. i’m not going to use this service again
