At the break time 15 minutes at the middle of the road should stop in the mean area where we can get everything there
My experience traveling on the bus was enjoyable, I will definitely travel with Greyhound again,
Had a newer bus this time and it was actually nice. The bus actually smelled clean
It was a comfortable and stress less ride during these times(covid -19).
The bus ride is always faster than the train, The train is more comfortable.
Outlets did not work, wifi didn’t work, leaving me stranded and bored the whole ride
The experience was acceptable. I would use this service again.
Over all the trip once started was fine, the seats were clean and comfortable. The driver seem to be professional.
The bus was an improvement on the bus from Toronto to Ottawa. Your older buses should be retired?
We boarded little late but we got there just around the arrival time. Over all great, save experience and great drive.
seats were very uncomfortable its hard to travel long distances
It was a good ride to Toronto. I wish the outlets were working so I could charge my phone. I arrived with a 2 year old and 14% on my phone.
Better than megabus !
Great service and drivers!
Great drive, safe secure & timely
Comfortable ride though I could have used a bit more room. My biggest complaint is about the rest stop. There was nothing there. An On Route would have been better.
They oversold my 2:30 bus to Toronto - and so we had to wait for another one to be delivered which took an hr. We were all standing in a line for 90 minutes or more. The worst part was that there ZERO announcements. No idea why the bus was oversold. No apologies. No explanations. Clearly Greyhound didn’t care.
Nice driver good man
Very nice trip
Our bus was actually early by about a half an hour which was a good thing, but it would have been nice to know at the outset so my pickup in Toronto could know. Our us did not stop in Belleville or Scarborough which probably accounted for the time discrepancy.
Bus left early, made a brief stop to drop off passengers and arrived even earlier than expected. Great smooth trip.
Very old and dirty bus. WiFi was not working
Everything was good except there were no charging points in the bus. Online it said there would be. But otherwise the trip was great.
The bus was supposed to leave by 7pm but we left when it was almost 8:30. The staff were good and friendly but the only problem was the late arrival of the buses.
Seats are very uncomfortable for longer trips ..
The bus keep shutting down. And the driver never informed us what was happening.
The customer service rep taking the ticket gave us a hard time at Bay st when we had to go onto the next Greyhound to Pearson. Thank god her manager came and told her she was rude to the customers but this behaviour needs to be retrained especially to older people. We are humans as well and may not be able to be loud but would appreciate the kindness
My driver from Toronto to Ottawa was outstanding The bus super clean. Great experience.
