The bus was clean and comfortable, however, it was really hard getting in and out of the bathroom because there is a seat in the back preventing the door from opening fully.

When we were picked up in Ottawa at the Gloucester Center at 7:40am the bus hadn’t be heated up beforehand. It was -15 C inside. When I asked the driver about the heat he said it wouldn’t warm up until we make it onto the highway an hour later. I was frozen solid until then it was very unpleasant. Please heat the bus before filling it with passengers!

The bus driver was discussing politics and race and Charlie Kirk and guns with another traveller and although the traveller said they didn’t feel comfortable with the topic the driver then continued to say “and this is why Charlie Kirk died because people are scared of conversation”
Many users appreciated the timely service and polite drivers, highlighting a comfortable travel experience with clean buses. However, some noted issues such as bumpy rides, lack of amenities like plugs and internet, occasional cleanliness concerns in certain areas of the bus or stop stations, and overbooking on connecting routes.

Excellent driving in poor weather. We would have liked Wifi.
Having to change buses in Kingston was a negative.

The first bus was great from Ottawa to Kingston, the second one from Kingston to Toronto had a weird smell and the bathroom didn’t have a proper light/lock.

The bus arrived at my destination, Toronto Union, two hours behind schedule, which caused me to miss my connecting train. Additionally, the check-in process was time-consuming, which caused major delays in boarding. When transfering between buses in Kingston, our second bus' driver was also 30 minutes late. The only positive comment I have is that the second bus, branded as a Megabus bus, was somewhat spacious compared to other buses I've been on.
Customers frequently mention the bus service as being clean, comfortable, and timely. The drivers are often praised for their professionalism and friendliness. However, some users have noted issues such as inaccurate bus locations on tickets and occasional delays due to driver changes or traffic conditions. Additionally, there were comments about non-functioning Wi-Fi and small toilet facilities onboard.

Unlike other trips I've taken this was really an express route. We only stopped one time at a truck stop for a break, Scarbarough Town Centre and we arrived at Union station 30 minutes early! That's never been the case with other buses I've taken.
According to user reports, the drivers are consistently praised for their friendliness and professionalism. The seats were noted as comfortable by several users. However, there were common mentions of buses arriving late and making unlisted stops that extended travel time unexpectedly. Additionally, some minibuses lacked amenities such as washrooms and Wi-Fi.

Pick up time was 30 minutes late and arrival time was over an hour late. Too many stops. Stops were not listed when purchasing tickets. Time spent on these stops was not considered in the travel time.

Bus was in bad quality. Timing was extremely bad. Bathroom didn’t close. Overall really bad experience

Did not enjoy that the bus had to pullover multiple times to check the doors functionality. The bathroom door on the bus was almost falling off. The bus was just not up to the standard I would expect.

Really bad. Experienced a 3 hour delay due to the bus breaking down half way and having to wait for a replacement bus

The driver was very friendly, and navigated the roads very well. We had to go through a blizzard, but he still managed to get us to our destination smoothly. The bathroom was horrible however; it was very hard to not tip over, and someone had peed all over the seat, floor and wall by the time I tried to use it. The bus also got quite hot

It was generally good, my one concern was that we were going awfully fast in the approach to Toronto, there was a close call with a car when merging into one of the lanes and after that I felt frightened, felt we were going too fast. We arrived 15 minutes early so clearly this speed wasn't necessary to arrive in time. Thanks for the opportunity to provide input.

Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable.
Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

Very spatious, charging station and very accommodative driver. Excellent service!

OurBus Ottawa Toronto recent customer reviews
Departure and arrival were late, but it was mostly due to traffic, so I can't fault anyone for that. The driver did not come to the proper pickup location even though he ended up driving right by it to turn around once we were loaded. Even sitting in the middle of the bus, it smelled strongly like an outhouse whenever anyone used the toilet. The outlets and Wifi were non-functional.
2 out of 5 stars
Tracy D.
smelled really bad because of the toilet and there was an hour delay which wasn’t necessarily the bus’ fault, but the driver pulled over to the side of the road on the highway which was a bit confusing and scary. Otherwise, the bus driver waited for late passengers which was nice and I liked the 20 minute break stop

Sammie K.
There was a loose component on the bus that caused a banging sound whenever we were in motion. Lasted the whole ride
Customers generally express satisfaction with the ease of booking and overall travel experience, highlighting friendly and professional drivers. However, there are recurring mentions of buses being late or lacking amenities such as WiFi and charging sockets. Some reviews also note issues like loud music from drivers or inadequate communication during delays.

They cancelled my trip few hrs before my trip. And send me a message at 2:00 am rediculous

Our trip for 10:00 am was canceled at 2:00 am at night for „unforeseen circumstances“ so we had to scramble to find a new bus with a different company in the morning. Extremely short notice and no alternative trip or customer service available from the company. Extremely dissatisfied.
