Unfortunately washroom wasn't clean, I was planning to going back by the megabus again but not decided yet, the night I bought the ticket I want to buy directly feom your site but for many times with credit or debit card it gives me error then I obliged to buy from another platfotm with pricier ticket, bad experience
Leaky glass ceiling panels during the whole trip dripping water on my son's clothes and mine. When I advised the bus driver, i was told the bus was old and to switch seats leaving my 4 year old son alone as most other seats were occupied. The bus interior was dirty and deteriorated. Im dreading my trip back home with Mega Bus unfortunately.
Enjoyed the ride however there was no place to seat at your office as I await for the bus in the morning.
