Punctuality was good. Only trouble is the route which involved a lot of turning and slowing which is uncomfortable and makes luggage move about.
Luggage not in hold on arrival at Malaga. Little or no help from staff. No English spoken. Not informed that I needed to report lost(stolen?) luggage to police!? for report insurance claim purposes.
No admission of liability, no help or compassion whatsoever for my plight.
Terrible company.
My partners wallet went missing on the bus. Not the fault of the bus but when we called your office no one could get in contact with the driver so he could check the bus
Late buses are understandable due to traffic conditions. However, there were no announcements or signs detailing the delay. Staff members were dismissive of questions, and Sevilla wasn't even listed as a departure making it impossible to know which section it would be leaving from. All of the passagers were anxious about where to go and what was happening.
The bus was late in arriving and departing from Albufeira but the driver was very helpfull. We arrived in Seville maybe 45 mins late and one person complained that she had missed her onward connection. Speaking for ourselves it was a good journey.
My seat was a bit crammed because the passenger on the seat in front of me insisted on putting his seat down against me; way down. He should not be able to put the seat that far down.
Very disappointing trip to Sevilla from Portimão. Bought a ticket online in Portimão. The email and ticket said to go to a particular address instead of a bus or train station. Looked online for the bus station and everything I found said it was closed. So I went to the address indicated on the ticket 30 minutes early and waited an hour and a half for a bus. No bus ever showed up. Had to take a city bus to the train station, then take the train to Faro. Then had to purchase another ticket to Sevilla. Arrived in Sevilla 4.5 hours later than I had originally scheduled. Very, very disappointing.
I believe it would help to have a schedule of the bus destination and the spot/stall the bus is leaving from available for travellers...Instead of me asking (as I did, ...and I don't speak Portuguese) a number of staff and getting a different answers from most of them.
The driver was utterly unprofessional and impolite to the passengers. The rest stop on the journey was abysmal. There was no food and the washrooms were filthy.
The bus itself was a smooth ride, comfortable seats and good leg room. Very loud screechy sound throughout the ride was distracting, as if something was loose, however not that big an issue. Bus was approx half an hour late in arriving, we then had a welcome comfort break at a petrol station which the driver said would be 20 minutes that turned into more than half an hour. That alongside a minor delay on the road (not the driver's fault) meant we were close to an hour late in arriving in Seville. Overall smooth with a few minor issues but the delay was an inconvenience.
The bus driver was extremely rude to everyone on the bus. At a stop I asked to use the washroom and he replied aggressively no no no and shoved me back onto the bus. I told him that he did not need to be rude about it. He also yelled at someone for eating. He was a total jerk.
We’re disappointed about the sit place as the app didn’t make us choosing and we got the sit at the very back which are not comfortable at all and very hot.
Every seat was full so no social distancing, everyone did wear a mask. The tray table was dirty. Arrival at the station was not announced so we had no idea that it was our stop.
Easy commute from Faro airport to Seville. Would use this service again and try other routes offered throughout Portugal and Spain. Driver was friendly and helpful.
Very confusing as to where to get the bus from at the Lisbon station. No signs or monitors to help indicate what bus to board. The bus had no markings of destination and everybody was crowding around the driver asking questions. The driver spoke no English or Portuguese and couldn’t even help. When I asked ‘Seville’ he looked at me like I was asking to be taken to Mars. There was little to no information before or during the journey on the change needed. Thankfully a passenger helped us out. Poor communication, no signage, not a good experience. The bus was on time at least.
The driver needs to let the passengers know that he has stopped for a break. Also to announce the stations, I almost didn’t get off at Seville, as I didn’t know I had arrived.
Bad. It's cheap, yeah, but one of the worst experiences travelling I've had. I'll avoid using this service in the future if there is any kind of alternative.
